How much is shipping?
Shipping is FREE for all orders within Hong Kong through SF Express. For international orders, there is a flat rate charge of HKD$200 (approximately USD$25), and delivery will be handled through Hong Kong Post standard air service.
How long does it take to process my order?
All orders will be processed, printed, and shipped within 5-7 days of order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation once the item has been dispatched.
When will my order arrive?
For Hong Kong orders, expect delivery within 2-3 days after receiving the shipping confirmation. International orders should expect delivery within 12-17 days after receiving the shipping confirmation.
How do I track my order?
You can find tracking information in the shipping confirmation email.
What about taxes?
There are no taxes for Hong Kong orders. However, international buyers are responsible for all fees, duties, customs, taxes, and charges imposed after the purchase.
What is your return policy?
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 14 days of receipt for a full refund. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.
